From Submission to Presentation

Register

Create your conference registration to receive your REG-ID and secure your place at IC-CHOC 2026.

Fill in your name, affiliation, and country

Select your participation type

Save your REG-ID for your records

Go to Registration

Abstract Submission

Upload your abstract or full paper as a PDF. You will receive a SUB-ID to track your submission status.

Abstract: max 300 words, up to 5 keywords

Upload PDF file (max 10 MB)

Save your SUB-ID after submission

Go to Submission

Check Status

Use the My Submissions with your SUB-ID and email to check your paper's review status at any time.

View your current review status

Read reviewer feedback if requested

Upload a revised version if required

Go to My Submissions

Confirm Presentation

Once your paper is accepted, confirm your attendance and provide presenter details for the conference program.

Go to the My Submissions after acceptance

Enter presenter name and short bio

Your paper has been received by the system and is awaiting assignment to reviewers.

Under Review

Your paper is currently being evaluated by the review committee.

Revision

Reviewers have requested changes. Log into the My Submissions to upload your revision.

Accepted

Congratulations! Please confirm your presentation through the My Submissions.

Not Accepted

Your paper was not selected for this conference. We appreciate your submission.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I submit without registering first?

Yes, registration and paper submission are independent processes. However, you must complete both to attend and present at IC-CHOC 2026.

What file formats are accepted for submission?

Only PDF files are accepted. The maximum file size is 10 MB. Please ensure your file is legible and complete before uploading.

I lost my Submission ID. What should I do?

Please contact us at icchoc2026@gmail.com with your full name and corresponding email. We will help you retrieve your Submission ID.

How long does the review process take?

The review process typically takes 4–6 weeks after submission. You will be notified by email once a decision has been made. You can also check the My Submissions at any time.

Can I change my presentation type after submitting?

Please contact the organizing committee at icchoc2026@gmail.com if you need to change your submission details. Changes may not be possible once the review process has begun.
